Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your Verba account and all associated data at any time — either instantaneously inside the mobile app or by submitting the interactive deletion request form below.
Option 1: Instantaneous in-app deletion (Profile → Delete Account)
You can delete your account and all associated personal data immediately from within the Verba mobile app:
- Open the Verba mobile app on your iOS or Android device.
- Navigate to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account (
Profile → Delete Account) and confirm your choice.
Your account, Supabase Auth credentials, optional profile photo (profile-photos bucket), push notification tokens (devices table), lesson progress, simulation transcripts, and saved Phrase Vault entries are erased immediately.
Option 2: Interactive Account & Data Deletion Request Form
If you have already uninstalled the app or wish to request deletion of specific data without opening the app, submit your request using the form below:
What happens when your account is deleted
- In-app deletion: Completed instantaneously upon confirmation via
Profile → Delete Account. - Web / email request: We verify ownership of the account email address and permanently erase your account and all associated data within 30 days (typically within 48 hours), sending a final confirmation email once complete.
- Active subscriptions: Deleting your Verba account does not cancel an active Verba Pro subscription billed by Apple or Google. Please manage or cancel active subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play Store settings.
